    Drive With Sarah AI provides an AI-powered voice assistant designed to handle inbound calls, qualify leads, and manage bookings specifically for driving schools. The Service includes call routing, conversational AI processing, and SMS follow-ups.

    3. User Responsibilities

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or configuring the AI.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • You must ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including telemarketing and call recording regulations.

    4. AI Limitations and Liability

    While we strive for high accuracy, Drive With Sarah AI is an automated system and may occasionally misinterpret caller intent or provide inaccurate responses. We are not liable for any lost business, missed appointments, or miscommunications resulting from the use of the AI assistant.

    5. Payment and Billing

    Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

    6. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

    7. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
